Stephan von Neipperg is one of the most candid winemakers I know in Bordeaux. He has done phenomenal things at his estates in St. Emillion and Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux. I tasted his 2011 wines in the cellar of Château Canon-La Gaffelière in St. Emilion. Stephan did not hold any punches.
