James checks in with Ferran Adria's busy kitchen one more time, just before the 42-course meal is about to begin. Then it's time to eat.

The first series of courses on video are as follows:

- Mojito and apple flute
- Almond-fizz with amarena-LYO
- Gorgonzola globe: sphere of frozen gorgonzola
- Hibiscus and peanut: hibiscus wrapper filled pine nut butter
