Bordeaux 2010 in Bottle: Château Canon & Château Rauzan-Ségla

John Kolasa, managing director of Château Canon in Saint-Emilion and Château Rauzan-Ségla in Margaux, is from Scotland but has lived in Bordeaux for the past 30 years, where his passion for wine has maintained him.
