Château Faugères: 2000, 2003, 2005, 2009

In this never-before-seen video from our archive, James visited Château Faugères to taste the 2000, 2003, 2005, and 2009 vintages with owner Silvio Denz, who bought the winery in 2005 after a highly successful career in the perfume business. His pure Merlot, Péby-Faugères, is probably the best know and most coveted wine from the estate, though the main wine, Faugères, is also wonderful. Watch as James tastes through the four vintages of each with Silvio.
