Crafted by Xiao Ling’s winemaker Feng Jian, one chardonnay comes from Jiang Po village, while the other blends fruit from Jiang Po and Adong. Grown at 2,700 to 2,800 meters above sea level, these concentrated yet saline and mouthwatering chardonnays are already setting a new benchmark for Chinese whites.
