El Bulli is considered by many to be the most important restaurant in the world. Getting a reservation there has been very, very difficult, to say the least. But after July 30, it will be impossible, as El Bulli is closing, possibly forever.
For those who've wondered what it's like to eat at this gastronomic mecca, but couldn't manage a reservation, this series of videos is for you. James will take you through the entire 42-course meal, describing and commenting on each course.
In this first video, James introduces us to Juli Soler, the partner of legendary Chef Ferran Adria, and then gives us a peek into the Ferran's kitchen, something very few ever get to see.
