In this new edition of the Hong Kong Wine Challenge, James headed to Paulo Pong's wine emporium Burgundy Etc in Central, Hong Kong to find the best value bottles good to drink right now. The store is Paulo's newest, and feels more like a chilled lounge than a wine shop.
James put Paulo to the test with the requirement that he present three white Burgundy wines priced under HK$600 (US$80), each with a minimum score of 90 points. Watch to see if Paulo's picks made the cut, and stay tuned for the second part of the challenge featuring red Burgundy wines.
