Three Questions: Jean-Guillaume Prats

Jean-Guillaume Prats' departure from the famous second growth Bordeaux Cos d'Estournel comes as a shock, but I am sure he is moving on to bigger and better things. The man is a genius vintner and a force in today's Bordeaux.

He has brought the St. Estephe estate as close in quality to a first growth as I can think. He is methodical yet creative. And he knows great winemaking as well as marketing.

I thought it would be right to post a cool video I did with him a few years ago asking him "Three Questions."
