Opus One: 1995, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007

Watch James visit Opus One and taste with Michael Silacci the director of winemaking and viticulture. They taste a wide range of wines including a 1995 and 2001 to 2007. Opus One is distinct, from the property to the bottle to the origins of the winery as a joint-effort between the Mondavi and Rothschild families. It's unmistakably Californian, but with a French je ne sais quoin. The wine ages incredibly well.
