James visits the magnificent Peter Michael estate in Knights Valley. Peter Michael Vineyards is another winery that has a winemaker with experience making wines in France.

Peter Michael's elegant cabernet, Les Pavots, comes from a rocky vineyard, created by volcanic activity, that ascends to an elevation of almost 1,400 feet on the western side of Mount St. Helena.
