Pride Mountain Vineyards 2006, 2007, 2008

Being at Pride Mountain Vineyards is like being on top of the world. Steve Pride and I discussed the 2006, 2007 and 2008 vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon. While Steve pointed out a cedary note that almost approaches menthol in the 2006 Vintner's Select Cabernet, it was the 2008 Vintner's Select that really stood out to me. In comparison, we agreed that the Reserve Cabernet vintages have a little more structure and power than the Vintner's Select overall.
