Retail Tasting: Gary Vaynerchuk and Wine Library

I was happy about the thought of tasting wine with media rock star Gary Vaynerchuk in his wine shop in Springfield, New Jersey. I'm sure you are familiar with Gary's success as a video blogger and a new media superstar. His books, such as Crush It!, have sold millions of copies. And his daily wine video show attracts millions of viewers a month. If you view his wine library videos, you might expect Gary to be a little overly rambunctious and casual about wine. However, I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and precise, as well as enthusiastic and educated about wine. Of course we gravitate to different wines in some cases, but in the end, I think our palates are on the same wavelength. I really enjoyed tasting wine with the guy!
