Te Mata has some of the oldest continuous vineyard sites in New Zealand and is known for its flagship Bordeaux blend, Coleraine. All their fruit is estate grown in their Hawkes Bay vineyards, with a significant proportion of their cabernet sauvignon and other Bordeaux varietals in deep gravelly soils.
