From the archive (2011): The Ultimate Wine Game At Chateau Latour
In our tenth anniversary year, we are looking back on some of the great times James Suckling and the team have had tastings wines and meeting winemakers all around the world. Around eight years ago James took part in one of the most amazing 'games' you could play, if you're a wine lover. In the incredible environs of Chateau Latour, he and a group of fellow wine aficionados got to select and then blind taste some of the great, iconic, historic vintages. Enjoy the video again here.

From 2011:
Here is the entire 32-minute video of "The Ultimate Wine Game at Chateau Latour".
I directed each person in the video by telling them to play their "characters" as if they were on a reality TV program, using moment-to-moment verbalization and reacting to events as they unfold naturally.
I was delighted that they were all so "game" to enjoy the process and to make the video entertaining, and I think it shows in the final result.
As always, during the shooting, I stayed as unobtrusive as possible so that what you see maintains a freshness and a spontaneity.
Please enjoy this "once-in-a-lifetime" tasting; there's no question that I did.
