Three Questions: Jean-Guillaume Prats

The 2009 Cos d'Estournel, the famous second growth of Bordeaux, is my Wine of the Year, as you probably know. It's amazing with layers of gorgeous fruit, rich yet polished tannins, and a fresh acidity. Click here to read my report on my 12 Wines of the Year. Anyway, I found this video I did late last year in Bordeaux just after tasting the 2009, which had not been bottled yet. I loved the wine.
