Video Cigar Rating: Partagas Serie D No. 4

If only the Partagas Serie D No. 4 were like they were in the 1990s! I smoked on camera a 1998 Partagas Serie D No. 4 while taking a break in Phuket, Thailand late last year. And the cigar was absolutely delicious. Made me sad that the current production of this cigar is not up to the same standards. May be the Cubans are making too many of this famous robusto? I know that it is the favorite cigar in France at the moment -- even more than the Montecristo No. 4.
