We just published our Chile report with nearly 1,000 notes (link here) from our trip to the region in February. We tried a number of wines from Ventisquero, most scoring above 90 points. Ventisquero is a well-known producer that makes a wide range of wines and is known for its premium bottles. Their Pangea Syrah, a joint venture with respected Australian winemaker John Duval, is considered one of the most premium syrahs from Chile, along with their Enclave cabernet sauvignon and Vertice blend featuring carmenere and syrah. Winemaker Felipe Tosso has helped the winery move from entry-level bottles to wines that show finesse and terroir characteristics. Watch some spectacular drone clips of the mountains and the estate here.
