Vieux Chateau Certan: 2000, 2001, 2005, 2006, 2009

Last autumn, James organized a comprehensive vertical of the first four great Bordeaux vintages of the millennium.

Over a two-week period, he visited every major chateau and tasted the 2000, 2003, 2005 and 2009 with the owner or managing director to see how the vintages have evolved, and to see how they stacked up against each other.
