Château Trotanoy Pomerol 1967

I don't have many tasting notes for 1967 Bordeaux but I have been lucky enough to have this wine a few times. I just tasted it recently from magnum and I was so impressed with how alive it is. It doesn't seem to change. The wine shows lots of mushroom, lemon and spice character with dried plum. It's medium body with fine tannins and bright and crisp acidity. It's that crunch, crisp acidity that really turns me on. 93 points
